Local sources confirms that the terrorists stormed the village on motorcycles at about 2pm, shooting sporadically, killing more than two people while carting away foodstuffs and livestock.
Reports also indicates that the village was burnt down, with many people still missing.
“We received distress calls from our members in Wasada village, some of 30 kilometers from Uba, that they were under siege. We went there but nothing was left, as the village had been razed. We found two corpses lying on ground and many villagers with gunshot wounds,” confirmed media sources.
