3 Dead in Adamawa IDP’s Camp Bomb Blast

A bomb has exploded at a camp for Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, in Adamawa state Friday leaving  three persons dead and nine injured. One of them are members of staff of National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA .

Confirming the incident, the representative of Red Cross on IDPs , Aliyu Maikano, said three persons were killed by the bomb blast and nine injured adding that among the nine injured five were staff of NEMA .

Maikano said the bomb was planted by unknown persons  in one of the tents where some of the IDPs were living  inside the Malkoihi camp .
