Breaking News: Nyanya Bombing Suspect Pleads Guilty

One of the five suspects arrested by the Nigerian police for allegedly bombing Nyanya and Kuje , Mohammed Jimoh, has pleaded guilty to one of the five charges against him.
He was arrested with four others – Abdullaziz Muhazab, Ishiaka Saliyu, Mohammed Jimoh, Abdulwahid Nasiru and Abdullahi Nasiru. They were arraigned after the police arrested them in Karamajiji area of Abuja in possession of some suspicious materials.
The court clerk had in pidgin English asked Jimoh thrice if he understood the charges against him, and for the three different times he answered: “Yes, it (IED materials found on him) belongs to my friend.”
The counsels to the defendants and the prosecutors agreed that the suspects be moved to the Kuje facility for easy access.
