Buhari Breaks Campaign Promise as Presidency Releases Official Portrait of First Lady

Barely 24 hours after his inauguration as President and Commander-in-Chief of Nigeria, it appears President Muhammadu Buhari may have broken a campaign promise to scrap the office of the First Lady.

    This is just an official photo of the first lady. Can you point to any part where there’s a seal with the “Office of the First Lady” on it, like Patience Jonathan? Or did Buhari make a promise that his wife will never take pictures again? I don’t know how I found this site but what a load of nonsense. Reno and Ohimai, if this is what you think opposition is, you have a long way to go.

    But BUHARI only said if the office of the first lady is constitutional he not scrap it but if it is not constitutional he will…dont misquote him pls!

    Mrs. Buhari said she would want to be addressed as wife of the President. This First Lady stuff is a violation of that promise.
