It would be recalled that Ubah recently took 87 youths to the United Kingdom on an all expense paid trip as fulfillment of his earlier promise to appreciate loyal fans of his football club F.C. Ifeanyi Ubah.

Highlights of the trip was to witness a live match between West Ham and Arsenal at the West Ham stadium in Stratford, London and more.

Ubah’s projects aimed at impacting and developing local talents especially in his home state of Anambra are in the glare of public space. One of such is the “football made in Anambra” project.

This aims to produce over 50,000 young football talents in Anambra via his Ifeanyi Ubah Football Academy. Youngsters are selected within the state and given the required training through the academy to groom them for the world.

To see this dream come true, Ubah recently sealed a partnership deal with UK’s football giant, West Ham United. The deal which has seen top executives of West Ham United led by the Managing Director, Angus Kinnear visit the F.C Ifeanyi Games village in Nnewi hopes to provide opportunities for young football talents in Nigeria through the #TheOnefamilyOneFootballer project.
