The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo announced a new ebola epidemic on Monday in the city of Mbandaka.
The Minister of Health, Eteni Longodo announced 4 persons have died and confirmed to be ebola positive after tests were conducted in Kinshasa.
The Health Minister assured citizens that vaccines and medicines will be sent to the affected regions.
The WHO Chief, Tedros confirmed in a tweet about the recent outbreak.

He also warned that the outbreak is a reminder that Coronavirus is not the only health threat people are facing.
