FC Ifeanyi Ubah @FCIfeanyiUbah ready to shock Rivers Utd in Port Harcourt

by on February 27, 2016

After watching others play during the midweek, Nnewi-based millionaire club, FC Ifeanyi Ubah would be expected to tackle Rivers United at the Adokiye Amasiemeka stadium in Port Harcourt.
FC Ifeanyi Ubah, who conquered Jos-based Giwa FC in their first match of the season, would seek to cause another away match upset against Rivers United who are still struggling to fit into their new identity. The hosts lost 2-1 to MFM FC in a midweek fixture in Lagos and would fight to make-up the lost points today against a technically strong FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
The Anambra Warriors, who left no one in doubt about their determination to challenge for the League title this season may be too hot for their hosts.
That may sound too ambitious by FC Ifeanyi Ubah as Rivers United will deploy every weapon in their armoury to pick another home win to compensate their fans for the 2-1 loss in the hands of table toppers, MFM FC in Lagos.
With the massive and vociferous support from their fans, the Nnewi-based side may well feel at home playing in Port Harcourt as they entertain the fans with their enthralling brand of football.
A win for the visitors today will put them at pole position for the top spot on the table in the early weeks into the season.
