FLASH| Boko Haram Attacks Fika In Yobe State, Kills Seven

Boko Haram terrorists on Friday night launched an attack on Kwanti village in Fika local government area of Yobe State, killing 7 persons. Reports indicates that the insurgents stormed the town at about 11:40 pm and started shooting indiscriminately.

Fika is about 100 kilometres to the south of the Yobe state and borders Nafada Local Government Area of Gombe state.

Residents fled into the bush, others moved to the LG headquarters for safety.

Boko Haram had attacked Fika Local Government area 3 months ago, killing many people, including civilians and security personnel and injured many as well as destroyed both government and public buildings.
