by on January 21, 2016

Arsenal are confident of completing deals for Nigerian U-17 duo Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze by next week, according to reports.
Last week it was reported the Gunners were interested in signing Nwakali and Chukwueze for a minimum combined fee of £3million.
And now reports claim the deals are almost complete and an agreement for the two transfers has been reached.
But the transfers remain in limbo while Arsenal await clearance.
The teenagers need work permits and visas to play in the UK, although the Gunners are hopeful they will be in place by the end of next week.
Nwakali and Chukwueze impressed in helping Nigeria win last year’s FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.
The 17-year-old Nwakali, who captained the side and has spent time on trial at Manchester City, was named player of the tournament while 16-year-old Chukwueze shone on the wing.
Bayern Munich and Manchester City had also been tracking the teenagers.
