FLASH: Senate in Closed Door Session over Ministerial Nominees

The Senate at 10:40am on today resolved to go into a closed-door section in order to among other things meet and determine the order for the ministerial nominees that “will be invited in; to decide who comes in first, who comes in second.” and to consider other modalities for the screening process.

The Chairman of the Senate Ad hoc Committee on Media and Publicity, Dino Melaye, who made this known to newsmen said the executive session was also meant to look at the new batch of nominees sent to the Upper Chamber yesterday.
