Girl Burnt to Death in Lagos Church

The Lagos State Fire Service has disclosed that a six-year-old girl was burnt to death in a church in the early hours of Saturday in Egbeda area of the state.

The Director of the service, Mr Rasak Fadipe, said that the incident occurred at about 2 a.m. at Faith Revival Church, Vanguard reports.

Fadipe further disclosed that the inferno happened in the boys’ quarters of the church while a vigil was going on at the main auditorium.

 He said, “We met the fire raging when we arrived. It was after the fire was put out that we discovered the little girl’s burnt body in one of the rooms.

“The church authority was yet to ascertain the cause of the fire. We finally put out the fire at about 5 a. m.”

    Comment…nwokocha ahaaiwe is a mad person that has no regard for God or man for making such a statement about the president. Why does he want cheap popularity on a bad note? Why cant he also become a general, rule the nation as a military and come back to bit an incumbent party to become the president without education? If he cannot, then he is insultig himself and not the entire nation.

    No be una wey they always call fire fire in the name of prayer, fire don answer una. More will still happen if una no knw how to worship God. Evil doers wey go hide themselves for bussiness center dey call em church.
