Mourinho: I Don’t Care About my Record Against Wenger

by on April 25, 2015

Mourinho is undefeated against the Frenchman – who has tried and failed to beat his Portuguese counterpart 12 times.

The two managers go head-to-head for the 13th time this Sunday when the Blues travel to the Emirates.

Speaking ahead of Sunday’s game, Mourinho played down his dominance over the Gunners chief and insisted the only thing he cared about was getting the three points.

“I’m not proud [of my record against Wenger],” he said.

“For me the achievement is to win tomorrow.

“It’s not about the other 12 matches that we played before against Arsenal. For me the achievement is to win tomorrow [on Sunday].

“I don’t look to this, I don’t look to numbers and I don’t look at what I did to this manager or that club. That’s not how I do it.”
