Some Prominent Nigerians have celebrated the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who turned 69 today.
In a tweet, the Minister of Youth and Sports development, Sunday Dare, described him as a builder of men and mobilizer of resources.
“Let me sincerely congratulate our leader, mentor, astute political strategist and builder of men and mobiiizer of resources Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 69th birthday celebration. You stand tall amongst the political crowd-A Greater Service beckons!” he tweeted.
Also, the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege felicitated with Tinubu on the occasion of his 69th birthday.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, he applauded the former lawmaker for working to nurture & strengthen democracy in many ways.
While stressing that the APC chieftain remains an inspiration to many, Omo-Agege lauded him for his commitment to nation building.
He prayed to God to continue to preserve Tinubu’s life and thanked him sincerely for devoting his life to public service with extraordinary courage and diligence.
“Without question, you have written your name in gold. You have devoted your life to public service with extraordinary courage, resilience and tenacity of purpose. We appreciate your patriotic commitment to nation building.
“You are the architect of modern Lagos and the story of the state would be incomplete without you.
“On behalf of the people of Delta Central Senatorial District, I send my congratulations and best wishes and thank you for your selfless service to humanity and the nation as you mark your 69th birthday”, Omo-Agege said.
Similarly, former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar in a tweet said “Asiwaju Bola Tinubu @AsiwajuTinubu and I have come a long way in the common mission to restore and promote democracy in Nigeria.
“On this special occasion of your birthday, I pray to the Almighty Allah to grant you long life and more vigour to keep the march on in the quest for good governance and a better life for our people. Congratulations, dear friend and brother.”
