Premier League champions, Chelsea, will be able to recall Nigeria defender, Kenneth Omeruo, in January from his loan spell at Turkish club Kasimpasa.
Omeruo is on his second loan spell at Istanbul club Kasimpasa after Chelsea could not sell him out rightly before the close of the summer transfer window last month.
“There is a clause inserted in his loan deal with Kasimpasa now, which says Chelsea could recall him by January,” according to scorenigeria report.
It could well be possible they may by then have a buyer for the central defender, who has now extended his contract with Chelsea till June 2020 and is valued at around five million pounds.
Omeruo joined Chelsea in 2012 and has yet to play an official game for ‘The Blues’ as he has been shipped out on loan season after season.
He has been on loan at Dutch club ADO den Haag, Middlebrough and Alanyaspor of Turkey.
This will be his second loan spell at Kasimpasa.
