The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) may have lost the last Presidential election but it is not backing down or shying away from its responsibility of taking stock of its performance & re-engineering itself for better performance come 2019.

One group that has taken on this task of rebuilding, repositioning, re-engineering and re-inventing of the PDP is the Peoples Democratic Party Patriots Alliance (PDPPA). The group which believes in the ideology of the founding fathers of the PDP as a national party is made up of young professionals from different works of life. Its National leadership is made up of very credible individuals from the North and South of Nigeria. It is a non-ethnic, non-religious, non-tribal association of like minds and acts as a mobilization and support group for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). It is an all-inclusive platform

With its operational base in Abuja, the group already has chapters in about 10 States and a Diaspora chapter. It hopes to have chapters in each state of the Federation by December 2015. One of its core objectives is to save Nigeria from nepotism and bigotry, as well as provide a level playing field for the participation of more Nigerians in the part, from the Ward level to the National level
