Poland 2019:Flying Eagles Tackles Senegal in Round of 16

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria will square up against the Young Lions of Teranga of Senegal to book a place in the quarter-finals in Poland

Paul Aigbogun’s team will face Senegal in the Round of 16 of the ongoing U20 Fifa World Cup in Poland.

The Flying Eagles qualified for the knockout phase by the skin of their teeth after holding Ukraine to a 1-1 draw in Bielsko-Biała on Thursday,after winning their first game against Qatar by 4 nil and lost to USA by 2 goals to nil.

Senegal are unbeaten in Poland – winning two games and getting a draw – without conceding any goals, and finished as the winners in Group A.

The encounter takes place on Monday at the Lodz Stadium, Lodz, with the winner facing either Japan or South Korea in the last eight.
