Family members were shocked at the way his health deteriorated from a bubbly Gubernatorial hopeful to a sick man vomiting blood, all under a few hours.

The family member stated that Abubakar Audu started vomiting blood right from Lokoja. Abubakar Audu was known to be hypertensive and had to be given blood transfusion to enable him to move around on the day of election. Our source informed us that Abubakar Audu had premonition of his death as he complained about his health after meeting with a popular politician from the South West of Nigeria. This meeting was held a few days before his death. It will also be recalled that Mr. Abubakar Audu got married to a popular politician a few days before his death, some family members mentioned to us that that they did not sanction the marriage because of the closeness of the said lady to APC bigwigs.
