Some Abuja Residents To Experience Power Disruption Tomorrow, Next Week Saturday— AEDC

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), says customers in parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, will experience power interruption on July 18 and 23 due to maintenance of its facility.

The AEDC’s said this in a notice made available to BreakingTimes, in Abuja on Friday.

According to the notice, the areas to be affected by the interruption, on July 18 (tomorrow), which would commence from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., include National Stadium, Games Village, Human Rights, Jewel Apartment, Lokogoma, Trademore Estate Lugbe, Lugbe Across, Piwoyi/Piyakassa, Aco Estate/Aleita/Chika, Lugbe Zone1-9, Durumi District, American Int’l School, Christ Embassy, Utako, Finance Quarters, Wuye and Environs, and Life Camp Leg (Idu Industrial, Coca Cola).

The areas to be affected by the interruption, on July 25 (next week saturday) , would commence from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The areas listed in the notice are, Dawaki, Dutsen Alahaji, Fine Stone Estate, Sahara Estate, Godab Estate, GrandProduct, Parts of Gwarimpa, Queens Estate, News Engineering, EFAB Metropolis, Ipent Estate, Gwarimpa Village, Kaba Villa, Kubwa Gen. Hospital, FCDA Quarters, Bricks Estate, Parts of DeiDei, Govt Day Secondary School, Lower Usman Dam, Ijah Koto & Novito, Dutse Bokuma, NYSC Camp, Kubwa Village Zenith Bank, Dutse Makaranta, Queen Amina & environs, and Ushafa.

“While we apologise for the inconveniences the interruption will cause, our colleagues in TCN have assured us that the period of interruption, which will not last for more than 3hours on each day will strickly be adhered to. We thank you for your understanding,” AEDC added.
