Tajudeen Obasa Declares Commitment to Youth Empowerment

The lawmaker representing Ojo Federal Constituency at the lower legislative chamber, Hon. Tajudeen Obasa has pledged his total reign in office to be centred around youth empowerment.
In a program organized by the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ojo Chapter headed by Alhaji Adio Salami in honour of the lawmaker to brief his constituents about his stewardship so far.
He appreciated them for their unwavering support and pledged his total commitment to build the independent in the society to cater for the needs of the dependent.
“There is a popular adage in the land that says ” instead of giving a man fish, teach him how to fish”. My administration will abide by this adage in its bid to alleviate poverty in our land”
“My mission in the National Assembly is to ensure that smiles are put on the faces of the good people of Ojo Federal Constituency because once there is food available,every other thing is secondary. I know many may call this “stomach infrastructure” but I will not be deterred because my own angle of achieving it will be completely different from others. Mine will be centred around “Youth Empowerment” to translate the future for them positively.”
“The youth are the bridging gap between the young and the old. They are the active propellers of daily activities in the world. Government at all levels must do the needful to invest in them. For me, my activities will be guided in uplifting the independent (Youths) set  in the society to build the dependent (Children and Aged)”
Meanwhile, Obasa assured the residents of the riverine communities of adequate attention in ensuring dividends of his reign touch the nooks and crannies of the coastal areas.
“For those in the riverine areas, I am one of them. There are no second class citizens in my term as a lawmaker, “what is good for the goose is also good for the gander” I’m for equality.” Obasa said
In the same vein, the chairman of the party,Ojo chapter, Alhaji Adio Salami thanked the lawmaker for the befitting representation at the National Assembly.
” Since the inception of democracy in 1999, this is the first time a lawmaker representing Ojo Local Government would be accounting for his 100 days in office. I’m not surprised, it shows the “ENIAFE” in him is natural not man-made” Salami said
