It was further learnt that the same gunmen had in January 2015 murdered one Pa Goodluck Uwumahongie in his residence after a land dispute ensued among the youths in the Community Development Association, CDA.
It was gathered that the CDA chairman at the time of this land dispute was said to have been beheaded and currently at the mortuary waiting to be buried even after the community offered N800, 000 to the family for burial.
Pa Omosomwan, a father of 10 whose great grandchildren are up to 50 was said to have gathered the community elders for an important meeting on the day he was murdered. The meeting was to discuss the recent happening in the community; little did he know that the next on the list of those to be murdered was him.
